2 servings RamenStar noodles
2 sachets RamenStar broth (shoyu, miso, or shio)
1–2 cloves fresh garlic
2–3 cm fresh ginger
2 spring onions
2 handfuls fresh spinach (or frozen)
4–6 shiitake mushrooms (fresh or dried, or button mushrooms)
a little kizami nori (optional)
1 tsp chili oil or sesame oil (optional)
Toppings of your choice: menma, corn, egg, sesame
Prepare toppings: Slice spring onions into fine rings. Peel and finely chop garlic and ginger. Slice shiitake mushrooms, wash spinach.
Sauté garlic, ginger & shiitake: Heat a little oil in a small pot, briefly sauté garlic, ginger, and shiitake until fragrant.
Broth & noodles: Bring 480 ml of water to a boil, stir in the broth. Add RamenStar noodles and spinach, cook for 2 minutes.
Serve: Distribute noodles, broth, and vegetables into two bowls. Garnish with spring onions, nori, chili oil, and other toppings.
