RamenStar® is my new chapter, born from over 20 years of experience with authentic ramen culture in Switzerland. Back in 2004, I was part of the founding team that built the first ramen restaurant scene in the country and introduced ramen here.

Over many years, this grew into a successful restaurant group with several locations. This time shaped me and showed me how strongly ramen connects people, as a craft, as a pleasure, and as a cultural experience.

Over time, structures changed, and my previous path there came to an end. My connection to ramen remained, and I have carried it forward with RamenStar®.

My Vision

With RamenStar®, I pursue a clear idea: to make authentic Japanese ramen enjoyment more accessible, for home, without compromising on quality and authenticity.

Together with a Japanese producer, I have developed high-quality DIY ramen kits that are easy to store and prepare, while preserving the taste, texture, and character of real ramen.
