About RamenStar – Authentic Japanese Ramen in Switzerland

RamenStar is my new adventure—born from a founding team that has brought ramen to Switzerland since 2004 and built a successful ramen restaurant chain. For over two decades, I have worked passionately to bring authentic ramen culture to a wider audience.

After ending my active role in the company, it became clear to me that my journey with ramen wasn't over yet. I decided to continue on my own path—independently, creatively, and with the vision of bringing ramen to the Swiss experience in a new way.

My mission with RamenStar

In close collaboration with our Japanese producer and after intensive development work, we've created an online platform offering high-quality DIY ramen kits, authentic ingredients, and matching accessories. This allows ramen fans throughout Switzerland and Liechtenstein to easily experience authentic ramen at home.
