An uncomplicated, hearty chicken ramen recipe that works perfectly in everyday life and is on the table in less than 20 minutes – with hearty broth and fresh, chewy Ramenstar noodles.
Sometimes you need a warm, comforting meal that's quick to prepare but still tastes like a little soul food adventure. This Chicken Ramen combines tender chicken strips, aromatic broth, and fresh Ramenstar noodles into a bowlful of comfort – ideal for stressful days or cozy evenings. Ingredients (for 2 servings)
2 portions of ramen star noodles with broth
200g chicken breast, cut into thin strips
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
1 small piece of ginger, grated
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Vegetables & Toppings:
1 handful of baby spinach
1 spring onion, sliced into rings
1 soft-boiled egg
1 tsp ground sesame seeds
Optional: chili, corn, shiitake, nori sheet
preparation
Wash the spinach, cut the spring onions into rings, boil the egg, peel it.
Briefly fry the chicken strips in a little oil until they are lightly browned. Add the garlic and ginger and fry for 1 minute.
Bring 480 ml of water to a boil, add RamenStar broth and noodles and boil vigorously for 2 minutes. The noodles should remain al dente.
Divide the noodles and broth directly from the pot between two bowls.
Garnish with spinach, egg, sesame seeds, spring onions and other toppings as desired, e.g. Menma or Kizami Nori
Serve and enjoy!
A few drops of sesame chili oil would go well with this.
