2 servings Ramenstar noodles with broth
200 g chicken breast, cut into fine strips
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 small piece ginger, grated
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 handful baby spinach
1 spring onion, sliced into rings
1 soft-boiled egg
1 tsp ground sesame seeds
Optional: chili, corn, shiitake, nori leaf
Wash the spinach, slice the spring onions into rings, boil and peel the egg.
Briefly fry the chicken strips in a little oil until lightly browned. Add the garlic and ginger and fry for 1 minute. Season with salt.
Bring 960 ml of water to a boil, then add the RamenStar broth and noodles and boil vigorously for 2 minutes. The noodles should remain al dente.
Divide the noodles with broth directly from the pot into two bowls.
Garnish with spinach, egg, sesame, spring onions, and other desired toppings, such as menma or kizami nori.
Serve and enjoy!
