Veggie ramen with fresh vegetables is the perfect choice when you want a quick, light, yet flavorful meal. With fresh Ramenstar noodles and a clear, flavorful broth, you can create an authentic Japanese treat in just a few minutes – ideal for everyday enjoyment.
2 portions of Ramenstar noodles & miso broth
1 small carrot, cut into thin strips
50g baby spinach
1 spring onion, cut into fine rings
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1 egg (optional, soft-boiled)
Nori - Japanese seaweed
Prepare the toppings:
Cut the carrots into strips, wash the baby spinach and set aside. Optionally, soft-boil the egg. Slice the spring onions into rings. Prepare the nori and sesame seeds.
Broth and noodles:
Cook the Ramenstar miso broth together with the noodles for 2 minutes.
Serving:
Divide the noodles and broth between bowls, top with the vegetables and, if desired, the egg. Garnish with spring onion, nori, and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
