Veggie Ramen with fresh vegetables is the perfect choice when you want a quick, light, yet aromatic dish. With fresh Ramenstar noodles and a clear, flavorful broth, an authentic Japanese delight is created in just a few minutes – ideal for every day.
2 servings Ramenstar noodles & miso broth
1 small carrot, cut into fine strips
50g baby spinach
1 spring onion, cut into fine rings
1 tsp roasted sesame
1 egg (optional, soft-boiled)
Nori - Japanese seaweed
Prepare the Toppings:
Cut carrots into strips, wash and prepare baby spinach. Optionally, soft-boil the egg. Slice spring onions into rings. Prepare nori and sesame seeds.
Broth and Noodles:
Cook Ramenstar Miso broth together with the noodles for 2 minutes.
Serve:
Divide noodles and broth into bowls, arrange vegetables and optionally the egg on top. Garnish with spring onions, nori, and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
