Teriyaki Beef Ramen – Zartes Rindfleisch in süss-salziger Glasur

The recipe

20 minutes
2 Portionen

ingredients

2 servings Ramenstar noodles with broth
200g beef (e.g., sirloin steak), cut into thin strips
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 small piece ginger, grated
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 handful baby spinach
1 spring onion, sliced into rings
1 soft-boiled egg
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

preparation

Prepare toppings:
Wash spinach, slice spring onions into rings, boil and peel egg.

Briefly fry beef strips in a little oil until lightly browned. Add garlic and ginger and fry for 1 minute. Add teriyaki sauce and glaze the meat in it.

Broth and noodles:
Bring 480 ml of water to a boil, add RamenStar broth and noodles and boil vigorously for 2 minutes. The noodles should remain al dente.

Divide noodles with broth directly from the saucepan into two bowls.

Serve:
Garnish with spinach, glazed teriyaki beef, egg, sesame, spring onions and other toppings as desired, e.g. menma or nori.

Tips from Ramenstar

For the ultimate ramen bar feeling, you should refine your bowl with crunchy, fermented menma (bamboo shoots), a handful of freshly ground sesame seeds for nutty depth, and a pinch of Sansho pepper, which adds a brilliantly zesty, slightly lemony kick to your miso soup.
